Processing Times

Once your order is placed and your artwork is uploaded, we’ll get to work. Our team carefully prepares each order, ensuring your customized pre-rolls and packaging meet the highest standards. Standard processing & printing takes 5-8 business days.

If you need your order faster, we offer priority and express processing options at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping

We ship orders through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the products you’ve ordered. At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options and estimated delivery times. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates — once your package is in the hands of the carrier, timing is out of our control.

Seized Packages

For U.S. orders, we understand the occasional risk of shipping THCa products. If your order is confirmed to be seized by law enforcement, we offer a one-time courtesy reshipment or refund.

• To qualify, the seizure must be reported to us via email at support@leafpress.co within 3 days of confirmation.

• After the one-time reshipment or refund, any future orders are placed at your own risk. If another seizure occurs, Leafpress will not be responsible for replacing or refunding the package.

Returns

Because our products are custom-made with your artwork, we can only accept returns in cases of a print or packaging error. If something doesn’t look right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description of the error
